Human Resource Business Partner

About this role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to partner with local leadership teams to implement HR programs and initiatives aligning with Global HR strategy.
  • You will oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, performance reviews, and exit processes to ensure seamless high-performance outcomes.

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will provide strategic support aligned with business and HR strategy.

You will work closely with Employee Experience to create engagement plans and initiate activities in the region.

The position requires a hybrid setup with 3 days working from office (may be more on specific occasions) and a work schedule of 1 PM to 10 PM IST.

Key responsibilities include managing new hire orientation, employee benefits, grievance management, and company policy adherence.

Additionally, you will run daily functions of the Human Resource department including administering benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies.
