Job Title: Strategic HR Partner
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the following core areas:
- Talent Management: Regular meetings with the team and quarterly check-ins with all employees to maintain strong connections.
- Business Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads on people-related matters to drive success.
- Project Execution: Monthly one-on-ones with project managers and attendance at monthly project meetings.
- Strategic Partnership: Develop HR business objectives that align with company goals and objectives.
- Culture Development: Foster a cohesive global culture based on shared values and mission.
- Policy Guidance: Provide context on HR policies and develop effective programs and procedures.
- HR Process Oversight: Manage performance, compensation, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational design work.
- Guidance and Coaching: Offer timely guidance on HR management issues and coach managers on performance discussions.
- Training and Development: Identify and create training opportunities for employees at all levels.
- Employee Programs: Drive employee programs through the HR team that reinforce our business culture.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the HR director, including rotational duties to support the wider HR team.
