Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the following core areas:

  1. Talent Management: Regular meetings with the team and quarterly check-ins with all employees to maintain strong connections.
  2. Business Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads on people-related matters to drive success.
  3. Project Execution: Monthly one-on-ones with project managers and attendance at monthly project meetings.
  4. Strategic Partnership: Develop HR business objectives that align with company goals and objectives.
  5. Culture Development: Foster a cohesive global culture based on shared values and mission.
  6. Policy Guidance: Provide context on HR policies and develop effective programs and procedures.
  7. HR Process Oversight: Manage performance, compensation, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational design work.
  8. Guidance and Coaching: Offer timely guidance on HR management issues and coach managers on performance discussions.
  9. Training and Development: Identify and create training opportunities for employees at all levels.
  10. Employee Programs: Drive employee programs through the HR team that reinforce our business culture.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the HR director, including rotational duties to support the wider HR team.
