Human Resources Business Partner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to drive HR initiatives and support the growth of a Global Shared Services Center.

About the Role:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Design and implement people-related solutions to drive business growth, leveraging expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies, providing guidance on HR-related legal and regulatory matters.
  • Develop and update HR policies tailored to a shared services environment, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Serve as a key contact for employee concerns and grievance redressal, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Mediate and resolve employee-manager conflicts, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Drive proactive interventions to address engagement and attrition risks, implementing targeted strategies to improve retention and productivity.
  • Enable effective performance management processes, ensuring compliance with appraisal guidelines and driving continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Talent & Development teams on succession planning and career development, identifying and nurturing future leaders.
  • Lead the Annual Compensation Review process, ensuring fairness, equity, and competitiveness in compensation practices.
  • Own the implementation of the Rewards & Recognition framework, recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions and achievements.
  • Design and drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect.
  • Lead the Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey and action planning, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Build and sustain a positive, collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.
  • Liaise with L&D COEs and business leaders to define development needs, driving capability-building initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support the development of a customer-centric, high-performance culture, emphasizing excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various HR COEs to ensure smooth HR operations and interventions, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Periodically assess and improve organizational structure, systems, and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
