Strategic HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization as a Strategic HR Business Partner. In this critical role, you will play a key part in aligning our Human Resource strategy with business objectives, providing strategic support to senior management, and driving organizational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and employment laws. This individual will analyze data, interpret trends, and make recommendations for action. The ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals is essential.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; preferably with a Master's degree in HR. At least 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6+ years in a strategic HR business partner role.

Requirements:
