Senior HRBP Job Overview

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving alignment between HR strategy and business objectives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, and leading initiatives that foster a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with HR Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
  • Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR (preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
