Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the instrumentation solutions market for the food and pharmaceutical industry.

This role involves developing and executing a strategic plan to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and enhance our market position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and pharmaceutical industry
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers, consultants, and application knowledge experts
  • Generate enquiries, work out technical solutions, and liaise with customers to achieve set targets
  • Travel extensively to develop customers in these segments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in marketing and selling instrumentation solutions required for the food and pharmaceutical industry
  • Managerial experience is a must
  • Experience with software-based sales management systems

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have own 2-4 wheeler vehicle
  • Ready to travel all over India
