Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the instrumentation solutions market for the food and pharmaceutical industry.
This role involves developing and executing a strategic plan to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and pharmaceutical industry
- BUILD strong relationships with customers, consultants, and application knowledge experts
- Generate enquiries, work out technical solutions, and liaise with customers to achieve set targets
- Travel extensively to develop customers in these segments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in marketing and selling instrumentation solutions required for the food and pharmaceutical industry
- Managerial experience is a must
- Experience with software-based sales management systems
Additional Requirements:
- Must have own 2-4 wheeler vehicle
- Ready to travel all over India
