**Must Have Skills**:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as CTO is required.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, software architecture, and cloud computing.
- Proven expertise in leading large-scale technology transformation projects across diverse industries.
- Extensive experience in managing technology infrastructure, software development, and technical operations.
