Responsibilities:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build a strong sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our training programs and consultancy services.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and requirements of potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with insights and solutions that align with their goals.
- **Quota Attainment**:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and consultancy services.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market needs and potential opportunities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the management team.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
