POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Plant Incharge to oversee daily plant operations, ensure optimal

managing plant activities, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory

requirements.

LOCATION

Surat, Gujarat

Bikaner, Rajasthan

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

5-6 years in plant handling sector

COMPENSATION

CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

Benefits: Provident Fund (₹1,800/month included in CTC)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Any Graduate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management

Oversee daily plant operations and ensure smooth production workflow

Monitor production schedules and coordinate with different departments to meet targets

Ensure optimal utilization of plant machinery and equipment

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective measures

Team Leadership & Supervision

Lead and supervise plant floor teams including operators, technicians, and support staff

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

Provide training and guidance to team members on safety protocols and operational procedures

Foster a collaborative work environment and maintain team morale

Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Have you experience in field Sales : 1 year (preferred)
- Have you experience in plants sector : 6 years (preferred)
- Do you have experience in manufacturing sector : 1 year (preferred)
