Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers handling unsecured business loan products. This role involves driving open market sourcing and lead generation for SME MSME customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and ensure goal achievement.
  • Identify new markets, opportunities, and channel partners for loan sourcing.
  • Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal.
  • Maintain customer relationships and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in unsecured business loans, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
  • Strong understanding of SME lending, underwriting, and market trends.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
