
Business Development Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our agents.
Your primary objective will be to identify, recruit, and develop top talent, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
You will work closely with our training team to implement effective training programs, enhance product knowledge, and improve agent productivity.
In addition, you will be responsible for meeting business targets, improving agent persistency, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze agent performance to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain open communication channels with agents and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support

- Proven track record of recruiting and developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
