Sales Support Coordinator Job Description

 

Job Overview:

In this role at Savino Del Bene, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales team. As a Sales Support Coordinator, your primary goal is to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the sales team, clients, and other departments.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. You will be working closely with the sales team to manage schedules, distribute sales documentation, and prepare quotations for clients.

Your tasks will also include responding promptly to client queries, both online and over the phone, in a friendly and professional manner. Additionally, you will liaise with other departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs, budget, and time constraints.

You will need to work collaboratively with the sales team to assess progress, develop strategies, and create reports on departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in managing schedules and distributing sales documentation efficiently.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, negotiating terms that suit clients' best interests.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to online and telephone queries.
  • Liaise with other departments to deliver client-focused services within budget and time constraints.
  • Work closely with the sales team to analyze progress, develop strategies, and produce reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
