Customer Relationship Liaison

JobStars HR Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services or enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to address customer needs.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain records of interactions and transactions with customers for reference and analysis.
- Strive to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer relationship or client-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
