Job Role: Customer Relationship Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at GJ INFOTECH (P) LTD. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Interactions: The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate Sales Leads: The candidate will identify opportunities to generate sales leads and work closely with the sales team to convert these leads into sales.
- Build Customer Relationships: The Customer Relationship Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
- Meet Sales Targets: The candidate will work to meet personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas.
- Handle Customer Complaints: The Customer Relationship Executive will handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Requirements and Skills:
- Customer Support Experience: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of customer support experience, with a strong background in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong Communication Skills: The Customer Relationship Executive will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- CRM Systems: The candidate will have experience with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to effectively use these tools to manage customer relationships.
- Adaptability: The Customer Relationship Executive will be able to adapt to different types of characters and situations, with a strong ability to think on their feet.
Education and Experience: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Fresher candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Language Fluency: The Customer Relationship Executive will have fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in these languages.
