Disbursement Executive Job Description

At Turno, we are seeking a highly skilled Disbursement Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth disbursement of loans to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with sales teams to collect disbursement documents and verify their accuracy.
  • Submit documents to the service center and facilitate disbursements.
  • Communicate with customers and sales officers to resolve document-related issues.
  • Act as a liaison between centers, sales officers, and customers to ensure seamless loan disbursement.
Required Skills:
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in disbursement, preferably in Fintech or NBFC.
  • Strong understanding of the EV vehicle loan industry and knowledge of documentation and legal issues.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and English.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
