Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team at Le Human Resources Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

This role involves driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities across various sectors, including BFSI, Enterprise, PSU, and Government entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets for Data Center, Cyber Security, and related products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and generate additional service revenue.
  • Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in system integration, OEM products, infrastructure services, storage, virtualization, backup, and related fields.
  • Strong relationship management skills with all levels of business.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • Experience selling Data Center, Cyber Security, and related products to BFSI, Enterprise, PSU, and Government sectors.
Technical Competencies:
  • Data Center: Experience with products from OEMs like Dell/EMC, IBM, VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, PaloAlto, Checkpoint, Fortinet.
  • Cyber Security: Experience with EDR/MDR, Next Gen Firewall, WAF, DLP, SASE, SOC, SIEM/SOAR/UBEA, Proxy, VA PT services.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
