Business Development Representative for Microsoft Partners

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at BDNT Labs Private Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to present solutions and services.
- Develop a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and partner solutions to effectively pitch them to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM records with all sales activities and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoft product updates.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and potential areas for service improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on Microsoft partner companies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, services, and partner programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
