Sid's Farm is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in the dairy industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growing our customer base.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of the dairy industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving customer acquisition. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth transition and maximize sales potential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and increasing sales revenue.
- Strong understanding of the food and beverages or dairy industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
