We're a fast-paced company seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with potential customers.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales quotas, with experience in multiple prospecting techniques, including cold calling and emailing. As a Business Development Representative at Keka HR, you'll be responsible for:

  • Contacting potential prospects through targeted outreach efforts
  • Presenting our company's value proposition to potential customers
  • Identifying prospect needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Building long-term relationships with prospects and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of Sales Development Representative or similar experience in the US
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas and working effectively with CRM software (HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations
