Business Development Representative

We're a fast-paced company seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with potential customers.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales quotas, with experience in multiple prospecting techniques, including cold calling and emailing. As a Business Development Representative at Keka HR, you'll be responsible for:
- Contacting potential prospects through targeted outreach efforts
- Presenting our company's value proposition to potential customers
- Identifying prospect needs and providing tailored solutions
- Building long-term relationships with prospects and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of Sales Development Representative or similar experience in the US
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach
- A track record of achieving sales quotas and working effectively with CRM software (HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations
