**Job Overview:**

Vantage Circle is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Hi-Tec City (Madhapur), Hyderabad.

**Salary and Compensation:** The estimated salary for this role is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, making it among the best in the industry.

**Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of our company's products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Identify and represent our company's solutions to meet consumer needs through research and lead generation.
  • Build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new sales outlets.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage account executives for next steps.
  • Refine the company's lead generation playbook by identifying best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, English, or related field.
  • An excellent command of written and verbal English.
  • Proven work experience as a SaaS Sales Development Representative, Account Development Rep, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Qualifying leads and prospects, achieving quotas, and working with a CRM.
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics and strong LinkedIn skills.
