Salary: This position comes with a competitive salary, estimated at €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, reflecting the value we place on our employees' skills and experience.

Job Description: As a key member of Amazon International Seller Services, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing Seller relationships, championing their needs at Amazon. Your mission will be to drive growth by adding selection and delivering on key business opportunities for Sellers, while improving operational aspects of their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage Seller relationships, championing their needs at Amazon
  • Drive the growth of Sellers' businesses by adding selection and delivering on key business opportunities
  • Manage key improvement initiatives and projects, including new product launches and relationship extensions
  • Work with Sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business, and establish long-term partnerships
  • Track and report performance using appropriate metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • German Certification: B2.2 and above level
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral German
  • Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or 2+ years of relevant working experience)
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
  • Interest in e-commerce/online business
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experiences
  • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
  • Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
