Business Development Representative for Amazon Direct Sales

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the myGwork team as a Business Development Representative in the Direct Sales division. Located in [Location], this position is ideal for sales professionals looking to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships with key clients.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new sellers onto the Amazon marketplace, focusing on marque Brands and Brand partners. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed revenue targets by driving strategic conversations and implementing growth strategies for assigned accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers. Additionally, experience meeting revenue targets and quotas, working in e-commerce, and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be highly valued.
This role involves developing and executing account-level KPIs/metrics, leveraging available channels for faster delivery to Amazon customers, and improving selection quality that generates sales orders. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders such as Category, Fulfilment, Finance, Product & Advertising teams to align account-level initiatives and collaborate with external stakeholders at sellers' end from Marketing, Commercials, Legal, IT, Supply chain etc. to get sign-offs.
