About Paytm

Paytm is India's leading digital payments and financial services company, which drives consumers and merchants to its platform by offering a variety of payment use cases. About the Dairy Vertical Team

The team is responsible for handling end-to-end sales and operations of the dairy category. This includes digital payment enablement at all dairy outlets and their ecosystem, as well as retail business.

About the Role

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for selling products or services for the company and representing their brand. They will manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end sales and operations of the dairy category
Requirements
  1. Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet
  2. Candidate must have a zeal for growth
  3. Candidate should have good market knowledge
  4. Must have experience in a channel sales role with a 5-member sales team handled before
  5. Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, and metrics
  6. Must have experience in getting team earn lucrative incentives
Preferred Qualifications
  1. More than 3 years of experience in channel & distribution
  2. Team-handling experience is a must
  3. Good skills in Excel & data tools required in sales
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and location.
