Dynamic Sales Leader Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at ZealLuxe Technologies dedicated to Fixee app. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive app downloads, service adoption, and revenue growth.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet sales goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Experience in mobile apps, tech, or service-based industries would be highly relevant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage/build a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to change.
- Competitive salary: ₹30,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
