Job Title: Client Services Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Executive to manage our client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and service delivery.
  • Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, effectively briefing internal teams, coordinating end-to-end campaign execution, and monitoring campaign performance.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency, with strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
