Job Title: Relationship Management Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled professional to manage relationships with our clients, candidates, and program participants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding, mentoring, and providing regular feedback to drive student success.
This role requires excellent communication skills, high customer-centricity, and the ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard all candidates in your batch and introduce them to the program elements.
- Understand candidate expectations and mentor them to achieve their goals.
- Keep candidates informed about the latest program developments via various mediums.
You will also analyze performance metrics, propose interventions to improve lagging metrics, maintain a database of candidate history, and coordinate placement activities.
