As a seasoned relationship manager, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through corporate banking products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate relationships with public sector undertakings (PSUs) to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other banking products.
  • Pose the ideal banker for PSUs, providing customized solutions that align with their business and financial objectives.
  • Spearhead cross-selling initiatives to enhance revenue and profitability targets.
  • Maintain credit quality, ensure compliance, and manage risk in all interactions.
  • Foster robust internal collaborations with credit, product, and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate or PSU relationship management or acquisition.
  • In-depth knowledge of the PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
  • Desirable: MBA/CA/Graduate with relevant banking experience.
