We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Relationship Manager to foster and grow strategic partnerships with key clients.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of high-value clients.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, executive reviews, and strategic planning meetings to ensure client success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent client interests and drive business growth.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives to deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilize data, KPIs, and market insights to provide actionable recommendations and inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion to maximize revenue potential.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Able to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and experienced in data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA preferred.
