
Enterprise Sales Executive

As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships with enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement specialists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to make informed decisions and drive sales performance.
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategy, tactics, and operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience working in a sales environment with a strong focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
