Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to fill a key role in our client servicing team.

This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring seamless campaign execution and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients, ensuring effective communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end client servicing process, including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital advertising innovations to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
  • Hands-on experience in agency sales/business development is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
