Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized Relationship Executive/Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients - ensuring their journey from inquiry to enrolment is smooth, informed, and positively memorable.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to engage with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs with prompt and accurate responses.

You will provide clear and concise information about our health transformation programs, guiding new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process while coordinating with the internal coaching team for smooth onboarding.

Maintaining, managing, and updating client data using our CRM tools and systems is also an essential part of this role.

Supporting clients with after-enrolment needs, escalating concerns when needed, and ensuring timely resolution are all critical components of this position.

Additionally, you will coordinate with different internal teams to keep clients updated on any unforeseen delays or process changes.

Assisting in community engagement and promotional initiatives when required, conducting data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention, and meeting monthly client conversion targets and contributing to overall business growth are all important aspects of this job.
