Job Title: Strategic Alliance Growth Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and drive growth through strategic alliances. This role will be responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve business objectives, leveraging partnerships with national and regional influencers of business.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through strategic alliances
- Manage relationships with partners, including negotiation, documentation, and execution of agreements
- Ensure timely delivery of business results and performance metrics
- Provide strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills to support business success
- Maintain proficiency in Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables
- Drive effective Channel Management facets of Business
- First point of contact for all partners and prospects
- Accountable for control function interfacing, including Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc.
- Drive business delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members
- Responsible for driving revenue targets through various initiatives
- Daily dashboarding; creation of engagement and review platforms to ensure delivery of budgets
- Bridge between Partners and YBL for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions
- Organize regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in Retail segment
- Bridge between Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions
- Periodically review performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures
