Client Servicing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Servicing Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, efficient query resolution, and timely coordination of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and strengthen partnerships
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Fund Accountants, Operations, and Finance departments
  • Process subscription and redemption requests as well as fee calculations
  • Evaluate regulatory compliance and resolve issues effectively

Requirements:

  • Masters in Business Administration or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in Client Servicing preferably within Financial Services sector
  • Strong knowledge of Foreign Portfolio Investment regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
