This role involves driving sales numbers, dealer network growth, operational efficiency & business excellence in close coordination with stakeholders and to formulate, recommend and implement business strategy for the region to ensure holistic growth and development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for new acquisitions of Car/Bike OEM Business in the assigned region, business from Car/Bike Dealers, Car OEMs, and driving sales targets while leading regional sales teams. They will also need to monitor unbilled transactions/account receivables & maintain disciplined financial management.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in sales management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
