Business Partnership Development Head

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Business Partnership Development Head. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term organizational strategies for contractor/subcontractor partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in merchant onboarding, management consulting, or strategic planning. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with contractors and partners at all levels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing partnership strategies that align with our business goals
- Conducting market research and analysis to inform partnership decisions
- Aligning departmental goals and resource allocation with organizational strategy
- Engaging with contractors and partners to build strong relationships
- Monitoring and reporting on partnership performance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business or a related field, with an MBA preferred
- 6-8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, management consulting, or strategic planning
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Project management skills
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
