A highly skilled and experienced Partnership Development Manager is required to lead our Education sector partnerships in India. This role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships with key players in the Indian education ecosystem.
- This includes developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand our footprint in the Indian education sector.
- Identifying and engaging with potential partners across Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Educational Publishers, ICT Solution Providers, Affordable Private School (APS) Chains, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Education Labs Suppliers, Hardware Suppliers, and other education solution providers for schools.
- Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements aligned with our strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- A strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
- Experience working in the education sector and with partner types such as ISVs, Publishers, NGOs, APS, ICT players, Labs, and Hardware Suppliers is essential.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
