Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Partnership Growth: Foster strategic relationships with existing partners (banks, fintech companies) to ensure seamless business operations.
- Achieve Business Objectives: Meet or exceed volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for assigned partners through effective sales strategies.
- Expand Business Opportunities: Identify and develop a sales pipeline across product categories in collaboration with internal constituents and external stakeholders.
- Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: Manage and grow business by creating and executing a go-to-market approach that aligns with company objectives.
- Enhance Product Offerings: Implement product enhancements across existing partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on customizations and opportunity sizing.
- Streamline Partner Onboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding of new partners to minimize time-to-value.
- Implement Partner Engagement Strategies: Conduct training programs, panel discussions, and events to foster engagement and build strong partner relationships.
- Establish Brand Identity: Develop and manage the brand positioning strategies to reinforce the company's image and values.
- Ensure Effective Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders to build trust and credibility.
- Maintain Compliance Standards: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
