Job Overview
The role of a Strategic Business Banking Partnership Specialist entails providing tailored financial solutions to meet the dynamic needs of business banking customers. Main Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business banking customers through in-depth credit assessments and comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
- Effectively manage liability, Forex, trade, and client relationships to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop strategic partnerships with branch banking teams to leverage cross-selling opportunities and optimize synergies.
- Evaluate business growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from diverse channels and customers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in branch banking.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Possession of Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.
Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of credit assessment, delinquency management, and analytical thinking.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, credit assessments, and title-security documents.
