About the Role:
This is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with influencers of trade and finance.
Main Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to execute partnerships that achieve income delivery, drive initiatives to maximize income, expand market reach, and enhance overall performance.
- The ideal candidate will select, document, negotiate, and initiate business relationships with partners, maintaining the health of these relationships and ensuring timely settlements.
- Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills are essential for this role, as well as managing channel management deliverables and handling effective channel management facets of business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Serving as the first point of contact for all partners and prospects, interfacing with control functions, including compliance, legal, finance, and SPU.
- Driving business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members, responsible for achieving revenue targets through various initiatives.
- Bridging the gap between partners and our organization for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A high level of organizational skills, with experience in organizing regular training for resources on products, processes, and competition benchmarking in the retail segment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Reviewing performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
