Head of Fundraising and Partnerships

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Head of Fundraising and Partnerships to lead the development and execution of our comprehensive fundraising strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with funders, developing and implementing effective partnership strategies, and overseeing all aspects of fundraising operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fundraising and partnership development, with experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in fundraising and partnership development, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Proven track record of success in securing significant funding from CSR heads, foundations, HNIs, and other sources.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective partnership strategies, and to build and maintain strong relationships with funders.
