Job Description:

This is a dynamic remote role that combines Project Management and Strategic Partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across 7+ F&B brands in Singapore and assist in driving key initiatives, pitches, partnerships, process improvement, and special projects.

You will be responsible for building partnership proposals, pitch decks & presentations, tracking and managing internal strategic projects and OKRs across departments, coordinating with marketing, analytics, HR, and design functions, monitoring pipeline progress and implementation of strategic goals, and leading documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and reporting mechanisms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets, and project tracking tools (e.g. Notion, Trello)
  • Exposure to F&B, retail, consulting, or startup environments is a plus
  • Analytical and structured thinking, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong research, documentation, and interpersonal skills
