Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the highest quality standards, and will work closely with project managers to develop and implement quality assurance plans.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in quality management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Planning: Develop and implement quality assurance plans for projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  2. Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that projects are meeting quality standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Process Improvement: Collaborate with project managers and other teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all quality-related activities, including audit reports, inspection results, and process improvements.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and customers, to ensure that all quality-related information is shared and understood.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in quality management and process improvement, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with quality management tools and methodologies, such as FMEA and 8D.
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent/Quality Management.
