Job Opportunity: Strategic Partnership Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Indian colleges and universities, focusing on mutual benefits and growth.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to design progression pathways, credit transfer models, and articulation agreements that align with institutional goals.
  • Negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and lead the execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, including Deans, Registrars, and International Office Heads, as well as external partners and academic councils.
  • Serve as a key liaison between leadership, international university partners, and Indian institutions to foster strong relationships and drive collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships and international relations.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian higher education landscape and global mobility trends.
  • Proven track record of setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Preferred Attributes
  • Academic network within Indian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
  • Familiarity with global education systems and ability to navigate complex partnership landscapes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple partnerships, and deliver results-driven solutions.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently across India and occasionally internationally.
