Application Development and Support Role

About the Position:

  • Develop, maintain, and support enterprise-grade billing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of build and run activities.
  • Utilize multiple programming languages to write and optimize code for application development.

This role involves working on ServiceNow tickets, handling incident, request, and change management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and support IAS, IBS+, IBBR, and IBPS billing applications.
  • Work on ServiceNow tickets – incident, request, and change management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Write and optimize code in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET, and Shell scripting.
  • Ensure smooth execution of build and run activities.
  • Provide support for billing-related processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong coding ability in multiple programming languages.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Informix errors.
  • Prior experience in billing applications and strong understanding of billing workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-scale applications.
