Job Title: Oracle Billing Specialist

Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Billing and Revenue Management specialist for an onsite position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and maintain Oracle Billing & Revenue Management systems for multiple environments.
  • Configure and customize BRM to meet business requirements.
  • Implement Oracle E2E RODOD Stack designs and ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and maintain pipeline batch rating, discounting, iScripts, REL, UEL, product configuration, real-time rating, customer registration, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, payment, and general ledger processes.
  • Customize OPCODES, Data Managers, and invoicing processes.
  • Integrate with Web Services Manager and WSDLs, Self-Care Manager, and AIA Integration.
  • Migrate data from other billing systems using BRM's Conversion Management Tool.
  • Configure Pricing Design Center and manage product configurations using Pricing XMLs.
  • Develop proficiency in C, C++, Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Shell/Perl scripting, and experience with Real-time rating, Pipeline Manager, and Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)/OCOMC.
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for BRM in clustered and HA environments.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Billing & Revenue Management, with expertise in 7.4 and 7.5.
  • Hands-on experience with installing, configuring, and customizing BRM in multiple environments.
  • Excellent understanding of Oracle E2E RODOD Stack design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in C, C++, Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Shell/Perl scripting, and experience with Real-time rating, Pipeline Manager, and Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)/OCOMC.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
