We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in Oracle HFM management.

Job Overview

This is a full-time role with an initial 6-month contract, offering the opportunity to work remotely.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing teams and strategic initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely financial consolidation, reporting, and close cycles.

  • HFM Administration:
  • System configuration and performance tuning
  • Issue resolution across complex environments

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and experience leading high-performing teams in a global support environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
  • 4+ years in leadership or managerial roles
  • Deep understanding of metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques
  • Experience working with FDMEE and Smart View tools
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
