Account Health Support Specialist Job Description

Are you an e-commerce enthusiast looking to expand your retail skills and help third-party Sellers succeed on Amazon?

As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will be the primary interface between Amazon and our third-party business partners, providing world-class support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet predetermined productivity targets and quality standards.
  2. Achieve quality while maintaining productivity.
  3. Consider the impact on Sellers, Buyers, and the Company.
  4. Work in accordance with SOPs to provide a consistent Seller experience.
  5. Understand and apply knowledge on complex issues.
  6. Leverage tools and applications to investigate issues using data.
  7. Demonstrate flexibility and adhere to workflow directions.
  8. Understand the importance of adherence to AUX statuses.
  9. Proactively communicate with management for time off requests.
  10. Handle work-items as per SOP and work on tasks in FIFO order.
  11. Attend and participate in team huddles/meetings and interact with teammates effectively.
  12. Remain positive on the floor and exhibit a positive attitude.
  13. Demonstrate effective communication on investigative matters and interactions with Sellers and internal exchanges.
  14. Use expertise to deliver impactful coaching and advise Sellers on solutions to mitigate performance issues.

About the Team:

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Hyderabad, TS, IND

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Experience in payments or e-commerce.
  • Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.

The AHS Specialist position relies on judgment to plan and accomplish goals, working under limited supervision. Individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate sellers' complex transactions and accounts. The successful Specialist will have a high degree of soft-skills, the ability to empathize with others, and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life:

A day in the life of an AHS Specialist provides dedicated support to Sellers, eliminating frustration and consulting with Sellers on best ways to address opportunities for their business on Amazon's eCommerce platforms.

As an AHS Specialist, you will engage in frequent written and verbal communication with Sellers, department management, risk analysts, and other company associates to accomplish your goals. You will interact with our third-party Sellers by phone and email, with objectives of coaching and helping them with account health related topics.
