Job Description:
\As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads. This role involves high-volume cold calling to generate new opportunities.
\You will use defined criteria and call scripts to qualify prospects and prioritize follow-ups. Additionally, you will secure discovery calls and on-site meetings for our senior sales team, manage calendars and confirmations, and update all interactions in the CRM in real-time.
\Key Responsibilities include prospecting and outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, CRM management, follow-up nurturing, scripting, collaboration, and reporting.
\Required Skills & Qualifications:
\Proven experience in lead generation/SDR/BDR or similar role is essential. You should have strong cold calling and objection-handling skills, as well as appointment setting experience with measurable results.
\Additionally, you must have solid CRM proficiency and a habit of meticulous data entry. You should be able to qualify leads using frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or similar.
