Saaya Care is a full-stack health & wellness service helping Indians 50+ (and younger) proactively manage long-term health through diagnostics, personalised lifestyle interventions, expert access, and fast reactive support. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own strategy and execution across Instagram & Facebook and shape how the world sees Saaya.

What you'll do
  • Content strategy & execution: Build the monthly content calendar with the Founder; script, shoot, execute and post reels/carousels/statics and other forms of content - complete ownership of Instagram and Facebook
  • Performance marketing: Plan and run Meta (IG/FB) campaigns; track CAC, CTR, CPM, conversions; align tightly with Sales/Growth on the funnel and outcomes.
  • Influencer/collabs: Identify, onboard, and manage creators aligned with our mission while onboarding guests on our podcast
  • Brand & cross-functional: Keep every creative on-brand and on-time while collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Health Management.
  • Analytics & reporting: Share weekly wins/learnings and monthly performance reports; track engagement, retention, conversion, and funnel movement.
What makes you a great fit
  • 6+ years in marketing (startup or top-tier agency experience a plus).
  • Hands-on with Instagram and Meta Ads Manager.
  • A creative self-starter who can ideate → script → shoot → post.
  • Bonus: 5K+ IG followers or a proven personal content journey.
  • High-energy, proactive, low-ego, thrives in fast, low-structure environments
  • Does not need to be onboarded
Role details
  • Location: Kalaghoda & Worli, Mumbai (in-person only; no freelance).
  • Base Compensation: ₹15 LPA (depends on experience).
  • Reports to: Founder & CEO
  • Talent to work with : Graphic Designer and Video Editor (contract)
  • Impact: Early team member with real ownership of brand voice, tone, and community.
