This role leads and optimizes performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
